AI Terms of Use

These Supplemental Terms and Conditions ("AI Terms") govern your use of any artificial intelligence ("AI") or machine-learning–powered features, tools, or applications offered by Clemelopy™ LLC ("Clemelopy," "we," "us," or "our"), including but not limited to the GEO Framework Generator, Linking Map Generator, Content Analyzer, and other automated modules (collectively, "Clemelopy AI").

These AI Terms supplement and are incorporated into our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. By accessing or using Clemelopy AI, you agree to be bound by these AI Terms in addition to those documents. If you do not agree, do not use Clemelopy AI.

1. Description of AI Services

Clemelopy AI uses machine learning models and third-party APIs (including external AI providers) to analyze, interpret, and generate text-based and similar outputs based on your inputs and contextual data you provide.

Clemelopy AI is designed to assist with generative engine optimization ("GEO"), linking strategies, content analysis, and other marketing or creative tasks. It is intended to support, not replace, human review, expertise, or independent professional judgment.

2. Accuracy and Limitations

• AI-generated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, misleading, or reflect unintended bias.
• You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, testing, and approving all outputs before relying on, publishing, or implementing them.
• Clemelopy does not guarantee that any output will be accurate, reliable, or error-free and is not responsible for decisions, strategies, or actions taken based on AI-generated outputs.
• Clemelopy AI provides automated recommendations only; implementation, interpretation, and outcomes remain entirely your responsibility. No particular marketing, SEO, or linking result is promised or guaranteed.

3. AI Safety and Content Integrity

Clemelopy maintains safeguards designed to reduce the likelihood that its AI systems generate or disseminate unlawful, abusive, sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise harmful material. These safeguards may include use of reputable AI providers, content-filtering mechanisms, and internal policies for responsible AI use.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• No automated system is perfect, and Clemelopy cannot guarantee that all AI-generated outputs will be free from objectionable, offensive, or inaccurate material.
• Clemelopy does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the substance, accuracy, legality, or suitability of any AI-generated content.
• You are solely responsible for reviewing, filtering, moderating, and, where appropriate, editing AI-generated outputs before publication, implementation, or distribution.

Clemelopy does not commit to proactively monitoring or reviewing all user inputs or AI-generated outputs and disclaims responsibility for content produced through user interaction with Clemelopy AI.

4. User Data and Privacy

When you use Clemelopy AI, certain data (such as text inputs, URLs, website content, or project details) may be transmitted to and processed by third-party AI providers to generate your results.

By using Clemelopy AI, you:

• Grant Clemelopy and its AI providers a limited license to process your inputs solely for the purpose of generating, delivering, and improving the requested outputs and related features.
• Acknowledge that data handling is governed by the Privacy Policy, which describes how personal and project information is collected, stored, and retained.

Clemelopy does not intentionally collect or store highly sensitive personal information (such as Social Security numbers, payment card numbers, health information, or biometric identifiers). You agree not to submit such data and understand that, if you do, it will be processed in the same way as other content at your own risk.

5. Ownership of Inputs and Outputs

Unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement:

• You retain ownership of your original input content to the extent you owned it before submission.
• Clemelopy grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute AI-generated outputs for lawful purposes, so long as such use complies with these AI Terms, the Terms of Use, applicable law, and any applicable third-party policies.
• Clemelopy and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to all underlying models, systems, prompts, algorithms, workflows, and service logic.
• You acknowledge that similar or identical outputs may be independently generated for other users who provide similar inputs, and Clemelopy does not guarantee exclusivity of AI-generated outputs.
• Clemelopy does not claim ownership of AI-generated outputs created specifically for you but reserves all rights to its underlying systems, methodologies, and improvements derived from aggregate or de-identified use.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Clemelopy AI to:

• Generate, distribute, or promote content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, or otherwise harmful.
• Create or disseminate misinformation, spam, or deceptive content, including content designed to manipulate individuals or markets.
• Misrepresent AI-generated content as human-created where such misrepresentation would be misleading or unlawful.
• Reverse engineer, copy, or attempt to reconstruct underlying models, prompts, or system logic.
• Submit confidential, proprietary, or personal data that you do not have all necessary rights and consents to share.
• Circumvent usage limits, security features, authentication mechanisms, or technical restrictions placed on Clemelopy AI.

Clemelopy may suspend or terminate access to Clemelopy AI, without refund, if it reasonably suspects misuse or violation of these AI Terms, the Terms of Use, or applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All underlying software, systems, models, prompts, algorithms, documentation, and other intellectual property used to provide Clemelopy AI are and remain the exclusive property of Clemelopy and/or its licensors.

Except as expressly permitted in these AI Terms or an applicable agreement, you may not:

• Copy, modify, adapt, or create derivative works of Clemelopy AI or its components.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code, model weights, or training data.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices or branding in the Services or outputs.

8. Regulatory and Compliance Responsibility

You understand and agree that Clemelopy AI is a general-purpose tool and is not designed or intended to ensure your compliance with any specific law, regulation, or industry standard.

You are solely responsible for:

• Determining whether your use of Clemelopy AI and any AI-generated outputs complies with all laws and regulations applicable to you and your customers (including privacy, marketing, consumer protection, and sector-specific rules).
• Implementing any additional reviews, approvals, or governance processes (such as legal or compliance review) that your organization requires.

Nothing provided by Clemelopy AI constitutes legal, tax, regulatory, or professional advice.

9. Disclaimers

Clemelopy AI, including all outputs, is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clemelopy disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including any implied warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

Without limiting the foregoing, Clemelopy is not liable for:

• Errors, omissions, biases, or inaccuracies in AI-generated outputs.
• Business, reputational, or other losses arising from your reliance on AI-generated content.
• Legal, compliance, or regulatory issues stemming from your implementation or publication of AI-generated materials.
• Interruptions, failures, or errors caused by third-party providers or infrastructure (including AI providers, hosting, or payment processors).

Clemelopy has no obligation to update or correct previously generated outputs even if subsequent model changes or data updates might alter those outputs.

10. Service Modifications

Clemelopy may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any AI-powered feature, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice.

Your continued use of Clemelopy AI after any update to these AI Terms or to the functionality of Clemelopy AI constitutes acceptance of the changes.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Clemelopy, its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and partners from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use or misuse of Clemelopy AI.
• Your reliance on, or distribution of, AI-generated content.
• Any infringement, defamation, violation of privacy, or other rights caused by AI-generated material you publish, share, or implement.

This obligation supplements and does not limit the indemnification provisions in the main Terms of Use and survives termination of your account or access to Clemelopy AI.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These AI Terms are governed by the same governing law and dispute-resolution provisions set out in the Terms of Use. By using Clemelopy AI, you agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these AI Terms will be resolved in accordance with those provisions, including any arbitration and class-action waiver terms.
